1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply to your use of wikivouchercode.com ("the site"). The site is a trading name of Synergetic Digital Marketing Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08839290, with its registered office at 43 Manchester Street, London W1U 7LP. 2. What the site is
2.1 The site is a free service that lists discount codes and deals offered by online retailers.
2.2 We are an affiliate website. Every shop link is an affiliate link, and we earn a commission from the retailer if you buy after clicking it. This does not change the price you pay. See How we make money.
2.3 We do not sell goods or services. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer, on the retailer's terms. The retailer is responsible for your order, delivery, returns, refunds and your rights as a consumer.
3. Accuracy of codes and deals
3.1 Codes and deals are set by retailers and supplied to us mainly through affiliate networks, and sometimes directly by retailers. We show each code with its title, description, start and end dates and the retailer's terms.
3.2 We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate. Codes are hidden automatically before their start date and after their end date. We update our listings from the networks [FEED UPDATE FREQUENCY] and remove codes promptly when we are told they have been withdrawn.
3.3 Retailers can withdraw or change a code early, limit how often it is used, or apply conditions such as minimum spend, excluded products or new customers only. A code withdrawn early may still appear until our next update. For these reasons, we cannot promise that every code will work for every order.
3.4 Always check that the discount has been applied in the retailer's basket before you pay. The retailer's terms decide whether a code is valid.
3.5 If a code does not work or a listing is wrong, please tell us at support@wikivouchercode.com and we will check it and correct or remove it.
3.6 If we find an error on the site, for example a wrong date, price, description or code, we will correct or remove it as soon as we can. We cannot make a retailer accept a code or price that was listed in error. Whether a retailer accepts a code is decided by the retailer's own terms. This clause does not affect clause 5.2.
4. Links to other websites
4.1 The site links to retailers and other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Your use of those websites is governed by their own terms.
5. Our responsibility to you
5.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
5.2 If we fail to comply with these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both you and we knew it might happen when you used the site.
5.3 We are not responsible for:
(a) the products, services, prices, orders, delivery or customer service of any retailer;
(b) a retailer refusing to honour, withdrawing or changing a code or deal, except where this is caused by our failure to take reasonable care;
(c) loss or damage that was not foreseeable; or
(d) any interruption to the site caused by events outside our reasonable control.
5.4 The site is provided for domestic and private use. If you use it for business purposes, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to £100.
6. Using the site
6.1 You may view, copy and share codes for your own personal use.
6.2 You must not copy our listings in bulk, use automated tools to extract content from the site, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
6.3 The site's content and design belong to us or our licensors. Retailer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify their offers.
7. Changes to the site and these terms
7.1 We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any listing at any time.
7.2 We may update these terms. The version in force when you use the site applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
8. Complaints
8.1 For a problem with an order, please contact the retailer. For anything about the site, email support@wikivouchercode.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
9. Law
9.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
