no 1. Alliance customers can only directly provide discount codes that can be promoted or explicitly authorized by us through the Awin platform. Unauthorized discount codes (including discount codes obtained from our non-affiliate channels, email marketing, paid search, etc.) may not be used. We have the right to refuse to pay commission for orders generated using unauthorized discount codes. 2. The exclusive discount code assigned to a specific alliance customer can be used by that alliance customer. If other affiliate customers are found to be using this exclusive code, we reserve the right to withhold commissions on related orders. 3. If you use a discount code, the commission is calculated based on the net sales (sales, taxes, shipping costs, etc.). No commission will be paid on returns, cancellations, refunds or invalid orders If you violate any of the above terms, we reserve the right to withhold or refuse to pay commissions, and may suspend or terminate the alliance partnership. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The modified terms will be published on the Awin platform and take effect immediately.
